Does anyone have experience trying to transcribe an MP3 file of a lecture, so that a transcription is produced in Dragon's Naturally Speaking software? I am having many difficulties.

I think your answer is here: http://www.voicerecognition.com/board/index.php?showtopic=19708.
You can transcribe YOURSELF lecturing, or have the lecturer set up a voice file and have themselves record while using it. You cannot, however, just immediately use DNS for a stranger/other. :(
