AHEAD's Position Statement on E-Text

The Association of Higher Education and Disabilities (AHEAD) Board of Directors recently voted to adopt a Position Statement that provides an interpretation of relevant U.S. laws and an analysis of current issues in the area of conversion of printed materials. In this paper AHEAD takes the position that reproduction of course texts into digital forms is a fair use of copyrighted materials.
